Severe Weather Conditions

As you are aware, we endeavour to keep the Academy open at all times and have no intention of closing due to adverse weather conditions. However, should it become absolutely necessary to close, there is no need to telephone the Academy as we will communicate with parents/carers by the following means:

1. We will make an announcement on the Academy website, Twitter and MCAS
2. We will send an update on the new Harris Academy Falconwood App
3. We will send an email/text message. If your email address has changed since you registered, please update your details. 
4. We will also update the Schools Opencheck Website. If you do not have internet access, you can telephone 020 8408 7508 and enter the Academy’s DfE number (3036906)
